The Soul Movement Immersion uses a myriad of techniques to provide energetic nourishment for your mind, body & soul, whilst creating profound, lasting, shifts in your mind-body-mindset.
WEEK 1. PEEL BACK THE LAYERS
Dive deep into understanding your beliefs around body image, self care & movement/exercise. Discover how you can change these beliefs, & shift your mindset. Engage in 'subconscious reprogramming' techniques to shift your mind-body mindset.
WEEK 2. SHIFT THE ENERGY
Start to clear energetic blockages, continue to shift your mindset, & create a new approach to movement & exercise. One that ignites self love & self compassion through Intuitive Movement practices including - body scan techniques, self massage, energetic clearing techniques.
WEEK 3. MIND BODY CONNECTION
Learn the concepts & tools of Intuitive Movement to help you create a strong mind body connection that allows you to tap in and tune into your heart space. Create a 'toolkit' of practices that revitalise your energy, & help you connect with your intuition.
WEEK 4. SOULFUL MOVEMENT
Explore new ways to move & start to invite this these concepts into your life using an holistic lifestyle approach. You now have the tools, it's time to implement & practice! Here you will create, implement & integrate your own unique practices into your day to day life with my guidance.
WEEK 5. REFLECT & CONNECT
In week 5 we take the opportunity to reflect on what has shifted for us physically, emotionally & energetically. We dive a little deeper into the mind body connection, & create our 'non negotiable's' around self love, self care & movement practices. We continue to clear blocked energy, fine tune our skills, & immerse ourselves into nourishing movement.
WEEK 6. CELEBRATE
Celebrate your new found love for your body. Learn to create intentions & set goals for your future. This week is designed to keep you motivated & on the pathway to continued self love, self care, & intuitive movement practices.
