Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women at any stage of pregnancy and in the first 2 years postpartum.

I see there is a pre + postnatal workshop. Can I attend both?

Yes. In fact we recommend you attend both if pregnant. Take advantage of a special discount to attend the postnatal workshop.

Can I bring my baby to the postnatal workshop?

Yes. We welcome 'new' babies however given that we want to maximise the enjoyment and participation of each and every member we are unable to cater for children that are mobile (eg crawling and walking). 

I've never done yoga before, can I still attend?

Of course! This workshop series is suitable for those who have never done yoga before.

I have a pregnancy or postpartum medical condition. Can I still attend?

Yes. Simply let us know via email hello@yogamamas.com.au with the details so we can accomodate you.

Can I purchase this workshop series for a friend?

Yes! You can purchase their ticket. You'll just need their details for the registration form. 

I'm a health practitioner, yoga teacher or personal trainer. Can I attend?
